Due to excellent material growth they’re looking to launch in Australia and require a Regional Success Manager to spearhead the operation.

In the last 4 years they’ve doubled in size and won significant businesses across the ANZ region. They’re truly passionate about how learning changes lives and to help people to enjoy successful careers.

The Role

This Customer Success Manager will be managing and driving growth to current enterprise accounts. They’re looking for someone to build critical relationships as well as drive revenue to the organisation and you’ll be working with some of the biggest and best-known household names.

We’re looking for someone who’s able to successfully work autonomously, self-driven and who shows a strong appreciation for what Learning & Development can bring. In this business-critical role, you will need to be an expert in consultative sales and be able to carefully mange customer relationships.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience of consultative sales processes.
• Expert ability to manage relationships.
• Experience of working remotely with teams in various geographic locations.
• An appreciation of the benefits that L&D can bring.
• 5 years plus experience in SaaS or Technology
• Managed enterprise accounts
• Sold into C-Level Executives

Salary – $90k – $100k base salary plus comms + super
