Customer Success Manager (SaaS/ Martech)

My client is a market leading, global, VC backed, Martech company with an urgent need for a first on the ground Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager to join their start-up Sydney team.

They are looking for someone who is people orientated, exceptionally dedicated, hardworking and passionate about Marketing and Tech and the evolution of digital businesses. Regardless of the job title/ label, this role is all about customer relationship retention, optimization and growth, making your clients as successful as possible in using their product.

You will get to work with a variety of Australia’s leading brands, which include Optus, Kathmandu, Uber Eats, McDonalds, David Jones, Country Road, Jetstar, Newscorp, Flybys and more.

This position represents an exciting opportunity for the right person to help build a business on the foundation of their strong, market leading product and to leverage their deep knowledge of the industry and relevant business processes in your own market.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of SaaS environment account management experience.
• 2 + years working experience in the marketing/ Martech industry
• Sound knowledge of HTML/CSS as well as strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Photoshop
• Ability to proactively build relationships to nurture and grow business
• Experience in web, display or mobile marketing strategies or technologies
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Out-of-the box thinker with the ability to work independently
• Start-up experience a plus
