Retail/ Online Healthcare global enterprise are global leaders in their product range and service with its reputable multiproduct healthcare solutions & products , established 30 years well-known brand want to take their business directly to customers.

With this role, Director (Direct to Consumer) AUS, it has been introduced in Australia where the key target sectors are Online & physical owned stores throughout Australia. It is critical that you have a deep understanding of the director to consumer market, that you have implemented a brand and complex omni channel strategies to focus on the end customer.

These Healthcare products and services speak for itself, require a leader to take this business market to the next level in Australia. You will be directly managing 3 key staff of marketing, retail sales and inside sales staff, indirectly 80 plus staff. Even though this client has amazing talent in their specialist fields, you will be the conduit that will collaborate and drive the company vision through your creative and strategic ideas & great communications skills.

Reporting to the GM (Australia), you will be part of the inclusive management team and responsible as a key contributor to the business growth strategy in their online and retail sector. As a trusted Senior leader in sales & marketing & people leader, you will be proactive and focus on this changing digital technology, engage, plan, help design (with support), support the implementation, and deliver new ideas with better outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Head up the retail on-line business as a leader for 3 talented managers & staff.
  • Mentor / Coach staff for success
  • Build a successful Omni channel strategic plan for their business.
  • Collaborate your ideas with the rest of the business effectively driving implementation.
  • Aligning to Operations, Marketing, Channel Development, Inside Sales, Finance, HR, and the other business channel of wholesale.
  • Deliver and ensure optimal end to end experience for customers.
  • Being knowledgeable and providing strategic solutions to the forever changing e-commerce business, being ahead & leading the competitors in this area.
  • Identify new ideas of business growth not limited to new & innovative service models, wellness, and other health services.
  • P&L responsibilities including establishing revenue and OPEX budgets with involve top and bottom-line growth.
  • Analyse & monitor ROI on all marketing strategies, promotions, and sales.
  • Drive sales growth through your ideas and staff, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Embed future retail acquisitions into the rest of the team.
  • Monitor and track customers experience & competition business practices & campaigns.
  • Recruit and retain talent, coach, and develop staff.
  • Lead by the front and foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Skills and Experience

You will be a qualified & experienced Senior level Sales & Marketing Executive who have successfully delivered complex omni solutions to the retail and online segments. (Direct to the public)

This role will be working a combination of working at the office, retail stores (Australia wide) and home office so you must be comfortable to work independently, work in a team, be seen, and be motivated and proactive to succeed.

You will have strong engagement & comfortable working with senior management teams with strong business acumen. Understand the different challenges from IT, Marketing Stakeholders, Sales, Consumer market when introducing new ideas with e-commerce and technology.
