Inside Sales Representative

This Fintech business, a worldwide leader in cloud banking, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be responsible for net new sales lead generation within Australia, New Zealand and Asian Pacific financial institutions and for supporting their Regional Vice President (RVP) counterparts in driving expansion opportunities within the territory’s existing customer base.

The Inside Sales Team is their vital APAC pipeline engine. As such they are looking for an experienced Account Development Representative/ Inside Sales professional with 1-2 years experience to work closely with sales management to initiate and develop qualified sales leads

You will also have a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results driven environment. Activities include but are not limited to cold calling, emailing, social media networking and collaboration with marketing campaigns to establish a relationship with the prospect and build a value proposition and business need for their solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Building pipeline by qualifying raw leads and converting to qualified opportunities
  • Pursuing key decision makers with daily outbound calls to warm targeted accounts
  • Develop and execute target account campaigns and messaging with minimal supervision
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly performance targets for number of outbound calls, qualified leads passed and pipeline contribution
  • Communicate value and uncover needs at each level of an organization
  • Perform research/discoveries on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification
  • Develop detailed summaries of qualified leads for the Regional VP to understand a prospect’s business pain and infrastructure
  • Accurately maintain database records with conversations, competitive information, company size, decision making criteria and other pertinent information in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of working within a metrics-driven inside sales team within a B2B software or technology company
  • History of meeting and exceeding marketing/sales goals
  • Experience building and continuously improving against key territories or accounts
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience and passion around best practices for inside sales methodologies and team performance
  • Proven track record of prospecting and selling technology products
  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or another related field
