Salt is excited to be exclusively partnering with one of the worlds leading integrated Marketing and Tech platforms. They boast an extensive list of existing enterprise clients and are urgently seeking a New Business Director to come in and enhance the overall sales strategy and build upon new and existing partnerships.

The ideal candidate for this role will have equal exposure with sales and media. It is imperative that you are ambitious and understand the value of long-term partnerships (you will be working across ANZ region). This role is a unique opportunity that requires a varied skillset, and you must be an interactive, collaborative, team player.

Fundamentals of success for this role…

• Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media
• Proven experience in managing large clients- recognising areas for opportunity and upselling (Both with new and existing clients)
• You have a thorough understanding of online advertising and are confident in your ability to create strategies to help your clients and customers succeed
• You will be working cross functionally- must be a team player and must be a supportive, leader who sets the standard for the rest of the team.
• Experienced selling to enterprise clients, VP’s, C-level execs or equivalent.

• Not just a salesperson- you are a strategic thinker and are always fully prepared for the task at hand
• Presenter- you can work a room and enjoy the client facing side of things!
• Proven track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• An interest in Gen Z audiences and a real passion for building solutions for the benefit of the consumer and the client
