This business is a leading global tech consultancy with 600+ employees worldwide and multiple offices across Australia. We are looking to recruit a Principal/ Managing Consultant (Technical) to work in their digital and customer experience practice.
They are a true vendor agnostic consultancy that provides a range of technical services across multiple pillars, which include: Data and Analytics, Digital, Cloud & Technology, Customer Engagement, AI and Cyber Security. Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Analytics, Digital and Customer Experience are their main technical services.
In terms of the role, you will own and direct cross-functional technology & business teams in client-facing customer/digital transformation projects whilst supporting pre-sales initiatives for new business. The key result areas would consist of 1) leading small to medium technology project teams 2) establishing and managing functional relationships with clients 3) supporting pre-sales activities for new business in digital/ cx 4) become a trusted partner to clients and a trusted mentor to consultants.
In terms of what we are looking for: The successful candidate will be a competent client lead who has a passion for all things digital and can support clients through large scale transformation programs focusing on reimagining CX & omni-channel execution. You will have a strong technical background, with the ability to “dig into the weeds” whilst also being able to go high level, helping to define and drive CX strategies for clients.
The role is well suited to an architect or pre-sales engineer with experience in areas such as customer experience, omni-channel strategy, marketing automation, customer analytics and data architecture, who’s looking to direct large scale technology solutions for major organisations globally.
