The Company
This company is a hugely successful, rapidly growing and vibrant technology company which have 1) a digital media/ RTB arm which consists of a programmatic tool with Artificial Intelligence (AI). On this side of the business, they sell their media solutions to advertisers direct and boutique performance agencies rather than the BIG 4 agencies, which they are not interested in. In addition, they 2) also have an AI SaaS platform, spanning across Marketing and Data intelligence, which they sell to enterprises.
The Role
The successful Sales Director candidate will be a hard-hitting individual contributor with the ability to lead and manage the sales efforts in Australia.
Ideally, we are looking for a person that is looking to take the next step into being a sales leader but currently used to being aggressive in the market with building and closing a pipeline.
Ability to lead from the front, hire, train and manage a team of sales individuals is a plus and Primarily you’ll be working with the VP of Business Development for India, SEA and Australia setting sales strategy and hitting revenue targets through a combination of proactive and reactive sales as well as ensuring that all agency and direct clients are account managed.
