Their software offers a unified solution that simplifies and manages each process. This means restaurant owners can focus more on the business and its offerings, and less on external software management.

This software is now recognised all throughout Europe, Central America, United States and Mexico and they have now set their sites on taking over the Australian Market. This is a unique opportunity to join the Aus team in the early stages and contribute to the guaranteed success of the business.

They are currently on lookout for an experienced Regional Sales Manager, who can drive the entire Australian team to success and maintain a positive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance management of the sales team (setting targets and KPI’s and managing team’s performance)
  • Engage with clients and lead sales strategies to enhance success
  • Competent leader who can foster a collaborative environment
  • Reporting and analysis- must understand the sales cycle from end to end
  • Be the main point of contact for partners and businesses on all commercial activities
  • Qualify warm leads/ assigned accounts and manage
  • Meet and exceed KPI’s daily, weekly and monthly around retention and conversions
  • Represent the brand and ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree is required in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • 7+ years of successfully scaling sales teams in a SaaS/ Software company is a non- negotiable
  • Experience of working with a high growth or scaling business
  • A very strong knowledge of Solution Selling and high velocity sales
  • Strong understanding of metrics, analytics, and reporting methods
  • Extensive sales experience in similar environment working closely with sales teams and with global teams
  • Experience working with basic office tools- O365, Web conferencing tools, outlook etc.
  • CRM proficiency- experience using specific reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
