About this role:
This is a 12 month contract role based in Sydney, and will report to the Senior Sales Manager, for the telesales and reseller channels.
This role will primarily support the telesales growth of product sales and customer engagement, through channel partners based in Malaysia, Philippines, and South Africa (a team of 30+)
This role may also be involved in the expansion of further telesales channels/regions to support the overall growth of their Rest of World (ROW) markets.
What success looks like:
Drive a high performing offshore (telesales and reseller) sales team of sales agents to drive exceptional customer experience and achieve customer growth & revenue goals.
Optimise the sales levers to produce the best possible close ratio and ensure consistency of tracking and measurement across all channels.
Lead and participate in weekly/monthly sales reviews to drive key business performance metrics.
Provide product support, sales coaching and training to the sales team including day to day operational inquiries.
Be one of the key leads to identify, analyse and implement process improvements and sales outcomes.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Previous sales and/or channel management experience especially within a Telesales environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment including working within different time zones.
Customer-focused – tenacious about understanding customer behaviors, and passionate about delighting customers at every touchpoint they have with our client.
Excellent creative problem-solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision, and make it come to life with actionable plans.
Analytical mindset – Be able to support your case for change with data, and structure tests that deliver conclusive and actionable outcomes. Continuously learn with rapid experimentation.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment focused on growth
Fluency in multiple Asian languages will be an added bonus, as well as experience within a SAAS organisation.
As mentioned, with a focus on growth, expansion, and opportunity you must be pivotal and capable of quickly adjusting and shifting when necessary.
Day rate of $435 – $535 depending on experience plus a commission structure. An OTE of approx $150,000.
