As the Sales Operations specialist, you will bring a diverse skillset and must have a clear understanding of sales analysis tools. You must enjoy working in a team but when it comes to autonomy, you can remain confident in your ability to achieve.

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of reporting and analytics with an ability to interpret relevant information
• work directly with sales reps
• Sales process design and optimization
• Managing a range of data sets
• Pipeline management, management of sales quotas, lead management
• Supporting the sales team and utilizing best practices and tools to support sales team and enhance success
• Communicate complex language into simple terms for your team

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Finance or other analytical role
• Utilise Salesforce in a sales operation’s capacity (data manipulation, reporting/ dashboards)
• Implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Tableu skills a bonus
• Ability to manage large scale projects and
• SQL knowledge
