As the Sales Operations specialist, you will bring a diverse skillset and must have a clear understanding of sales analysis tools. You must enjoy working in a team but when it comes to autonomy, you can remain confident in your ability to achieve.
Strong understanding of reporting and analytics with an ability to interpret relevant information
work directly with sales reps
Sales process design and optimization
Managing a range of data sets
Pipeline management, management of sales quotas, lead management
Supporting the sales team and utilizing best practices and tools to support sales team and enhance success
Communicate complex language into simple terms for your team
1-3 years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Finance or other analytical role
Utilise Salesforce in a sales operation’s capacity (data manipulation, reporting/ dashboards)
Implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong Excel skills
Tableu skills a bonus
Ability to manage large scale projects and
