Our client is a global computer software giant, whose reputation precedes them. They are leaders in their field in their product offering and are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their existing sales team in Sydney on a 12-month contract. This role sits within their B2B Education team, working with clients in the Higher Education market.
The ideal candidates will be highly efficient and detailed orientated with experience supporting a high-performing sales team.
What will you be doing?
Support the Account Executives in developing sales deals in line with the company’s goals.
Work with internal teams and customers to optimize the customer anniversary process and influence outcomes.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads and ad hoc requests from customers and prospects.
Work with channel partners and multiple internal stakeholders to optimise the customer experience and support their unique licensing program.
Who are you?
Have worked in a Sales Support or Inside Sales Representative role previously ideally within the Education or Tech sector
A star multi-tasker that can handle multiple projects/commitments at one time.
A team player – able to work successfully with other members of the sales team and enjoy collaborating to achieve objectives.
Possess a moderate skillset across the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Highly desirable)
Proactive – you can work quickly and diligently to complete tasks.
