What is the role?
The role is for a Senior Account Executive placed in the “Enterprise Software, Sales and Service Management & Telcos” team. This is a high growth market unit and an organisation going through extensive transformation and growth. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature and will create and close new opportunities. They will have a consultative approach to value-based sales and will use their industry knowledge and enterprise-software sales expertise to identify, qualify and close deals.
What you will do:
· Prepare, update, and execute the “Go-To-Market” Strategy for the Service Management & Telco Industries
· Own the end-to-end sales process
· Meet and exceed annual sales targets and deliver as per quarterly budget
· Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams, be collaborative
· Be highly organised and maintain all measures of admin and processes
You will have:
· In-industry, enterprise-software sales experience
· Curiosity, resilience and will care for your team and company
· A strong knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data hygiene and create accurate reports
· Met and exceeded quotas/targets consistently
· A strong written and verbal communication skill-set
