Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect

This business, a worldwide leader in cloud banking plan to ramp up the hiring for their Sydney pre-sales team by hiring a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect.

Their OS, built on the salesforce platform, combines customer relationship management, business process management, enterprise content management, and business intelligence and reporting, transforming the way financial institutions interact with both their customers and employees.

In a small number of years, both their customer base has grown rapidly and their workforce has grown to more than 500 employees worldwide.

This is the key role, the most important role in the team/ channel. Not a very strenuous role, more of an advisory role. Almost being a big brother role.

Who you’ll be:

• You are one of the best Salesforce platform specialists out there with 6-8 years of Salesforce knowledge/ experience, administration or implementation.
• You have been working with Salesforce, understand it well and can talk to it at a very high level.

• Good awareness of cloud-based technology and its application in banks

• You will have prior banking exposure/ experience. This is a big plus. (understanding the banks pain points and the new value this will offer is key).
• Someone who can hold their own while being challenged. You have excellent communication and presentation skills (you will do the tech presentation), are coercive and can explain messages and get them across in the right manner.
• You can be a teacher – helping out the team and being the lead with the client.
• You are accustomed to dealing with the CTO to principal Architects and enterprise architects of the bank.
• You are honest, strategic. Ambitious and smart and enjoy beers on times out with the team and clients.
• You’ll understand some of the other big players in the space.
