Salt has exclusively partnered with a Global Saas Rocketship Start-Up, who have taken the online restaurant management world to a whole new level. Their software offers a unified solution that simplifies and manages each process. This means restaurant owners can focus more on the business and its offerings, and less on external software management.

This software is now recognised all throughout Europe, Central America, United States and Mexico and they have now set their sites on taking over the Australian Market. This is a unique opportunity to join the Aus team in the early stages and contribute to the guaranteed success of the business.

They are currently on lookout for an experienced Technical Account Manager, who can come in and take control of the enterprise side of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard Enterprise clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline, develop new business and nurture existing and ongoing relationships
  • Take control of a longer sales process with a focus on enterprise sized clients
  • Project management throughout the entirety of the sales cycle and closing deals
  • You will need to be familiar with API’s, so technical knowledge is important
  • You may also be referred to as sales engineer, presales or post sales engineer or, an implementation manager
  • Ideally you will have experience in solution selling, Saas or Software sales
  • Understands data and analytics- the customer journey is important to you, and you are well equipped when it comes to pulling numbers to strategize and produce best outcomes

Qualifications/ Qualities:

  • Experienced in a client facing sales role in tech/software industry
  • Able to put together a sales pitch and present to customers
  • Proven sales track record
  • Negotiation skills and clear understanding of the sales cycle (start to finish)
  • Knows where to look for new business and how to engage potential clients and customers. Research is key and the right candidate will enjoy deep diving into business profiles.
  • Adaptable, quick learner with an ability to obtain important information (It is important to note that you will have extensive support and training to set you up for success)
  • Love working in a fun, fast paced team environment
  • Self starter! Happy to cold call and send out cold emails while utilising any warm leads that do come across your desk.
