The team is currently on lookout for an experienced Technical Account Manager, who can come in and take control of the solutions strategy while simultaneously maintaining strong client relationships.
Matching the right solutions to the right client
Withhold a strong level of technical knowledge
Develop new business and nurture existing and ongoing relationships
Cross selling and up selling and identifying space for new opportunities
You will need to be familiar with API’s, so technical knowledge is important
You may also be referred to as sales engineer, presales or post sales engineer or, an implementation manager
Ideally you will have experience in solution selling, Saas or Software sales
Understands data and analytics- the customer journey is important to you, and you are well equipped when it comes to pulling numbers to strategize and produce best outcomes
Experienced in IT within a similar environment for 2-3+ years.
Managed services experience
Experience working in an IT support role
AWS, Office 365 & Azure knowledge
Comfortable putting together a sales pitch and present to customers
Knows where to look for new business and how to engage potential clients and customers. Research is key and the right candidate will enjoy deep diving into business profiles.
Adaptable, quick learner with an ability to obtain important information (It is important to note that you will have extensive support and training to set you up for success)
