Seeking an Agile Business Analyst that has previously worked on HR Migration Projects with UltiPro, Chris21, Workday OR Dynamics.

• Agile Business Analyst that has worked through all phases of a project lifecycle.
• Migration of HR systems using UltiPro, Workday OR Dynamics.
• 6-Month Contract – $950 A Day / Remote Working.

THE ROLE:

In this role you will be responsible for gathering requirements for a HR Implementation and migration. projects. The company will be configuring and integrating an Ultipro HR system and removing Chris21.

Also, there will be a need to migrate from the original Dynamics HR system to Workday on another one of the projects within the organisation.

Actively participate in estimation, prioritisation, sprint planning, retrospectives, review sessions and various other applicable ceremonies

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, is preferred.
• Previous experience working on a HR implementation with either Chris21, UltiPro, Dynamics OR WorkDay.
• Proven business analysis skills in a digital (IT) environment.
• Preferred minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis in IT related projects or business units.
• Understanding of different delivery models and methodologies like Agile, Lean, SAFE, SDLC and ERP.
• Agile delivery experience preferably Scrum, Kanban or SCRUMBAN.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence toolsets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• It is essential you are a quick learner and a self-starter.
• Attitude is critical, we value a good working culture and as such require a Team player with a can-do attitude.

To be successful, you must be someone who works collaboratively with the delivery teams to decide what is best required to deliver a solution to meet the business needs. They need someone who can work with the BA practice to uplift the organisations capability and maturity.
