You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of all aspects of Agile project implementation. This includes financial analysis, risk and contingency management, benefits realization, project impact, and quality measures to achieve the success of the project.
About the role:
Oversee the collection and analysis of metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Agile in delivering products and meeting strategic needs.
Serve as an advocate for Agile principles and values, providing expert guidance and support to promote the adoption and understanding of Agile practices throughout the organization.
Lead teams in identifying opportunities for process improvements using Agile methodologies and tools to enhance both short-term and long-term productivity and ensure optimal service delivery.
Work closely with teams to identify and mitigate potential obstacles and risks, minimizing exposure and maximizing program success.
Develop, implement, and assess documentation and training materials to support consistent application of Agile practices across the organization.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Delivery teams to facilitate timely execution of customer objectives and promote a positive customer experience.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience in Agile project management.
Strong experience in project management and delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in developing and implementing process improvements to improve productivity and quality.
Knowledge of financial analysis, risk and contingency management, and benefits realization.
Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
