Business Analyst

This is a customer facing Business Analyst role with end to end responsibility that will see you firstly understanding the customer requirements and ensuring the applications will be fit for purpose and seeing the project through to delivery. Working closely with the in house development and product teams, you will be delivering cutting edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities.

• Gathering business requirements, rationalising business needs and ultimately delivering an enterprise wide system
• Managing a variety of business and technical stakeholders as well as vendors
• Conducting in-depth analysis and documentation of the “As Is” and “To Be” processes
• Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered and well documented
• Working alongside Project and Program Managers to achieve the business objectives set to tight deadlines and scope

Key Requirements.

• Experience with customer/client-side implementations (preferably with a SaaS product implementation background)
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of stakeholders
• Manage the enterprise wide implementation
