Client Service Officer

Contract role – 4.5 months

Hybrid work arrangements

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support
  • Answer inbound phone calls and be the first point of contact for all queries
  • Assist with allocating work orders/data entry/reporting
  • Prepare all documentation associated with projects, and other administrative duties
  • Willingness to be a part of a rotating phone roster shared on an equitable basis covering morning and afternoon shifts

About you:

  • Strong administration skills and exceptional customer service abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication

Start date – Asap , post clearance of preemployment checks

Rate – $35/hr + Super

Location – Newcastle , NSW
