We are excited to be partnering with an international innovative technology organisation based in the UK but have offices across Europe, UAE, and most recently APAC. Their SaaS-based product is the no.1 beauty and wellness booking marketplace used by hundreds of thousands of merchants and professionals globally. A very exciting customer experience specialist vacancy has become available for an immediate start. The Role

The Customer Experience Specialist will assist, consult and delight users of my client’s software product. Your day to day will include:

  • Preserve the delivery of a world-class service to their clients, guaranteeing velocity and excellence in every communication
  • Managing and supporting potential customers to become vigorous consumers of their services
  • Metaphorically act as the view and opinion of the customer within the company, examine market trends and put forward proposals to internal stakeholders
  • The point of contact for all global customer base via email, social media, and outbound phone
  • Trace and classify consumer feature requests and assist inquiries
  • Formulate support documentation involving but not limited to FAQ’s, how to articles and support videos as well as any other ideas that you bring to the table
  • With this role being brand new, they encourage a proactive personality so take initiative to recommend concepts on how to enhance and simplify internal processes

Skills Required

To be successful for this role you will need to cover the following skillset:

  • Prior experience in a Customer Success, Sales and/or Account Management role
  • Familiarity in a B2B, SaaS and or start-up environment
  • Knowledge in delivering top tier support publicly through social media channels as well as direct messaging, email & phone support
  • Demonstrated success story in creating solid client relationships
  • Capability to self-manage, be proactive, and work well independently as well as within team
  • A strong interest in the Beauty and Wellness industry
  • A yearning to join a fast-paced, agile work environment at a rapidly growing start-up
  • Encouraging and empathic persona, a people person who frankly enjoys consulting small/medium businesses
  • Strong native English communication skills, both written and verbal
