Job Title: Campaign Analyst

Location: Sydney

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 plus super plus 10% bonus

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salt have partnered up with one of Australia’s leading brands in their search for a Campaign Analyst. You will be working within the Customer Intelligence team which consists of highly skilled analysts that have diverse backgrounds in digital, customer and campaign analytics.

As a member of the Customer Intelligence team, the Campaign Analyst will be responsible for delivering data driven campaigns and insights to a wide variety of stakeholders across the entire business.

Responsibilities of the Campaign Analyst:

• Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business; Marketing, Sales, Technology and Digital
• Working closely with the business to understand their needs, translating into business briefs
• Extracting data from the business, translating it into campaigns
• Setting up the campaigns so that effectiveness can be measured
• Provide recommendations and insights on the campaigns that are ran
• Developing reports based on insights to effect change
• Presenting reports and insights found through analysis to the business

Skills required for the Campaign Analyst:

• Strong experience working in an analyst role where you were responsible for campaign operations and analysis
• Knowledge of campaign management software
• Advanced SQL
• Experience handling large and complex data
• Proficient in; R, Python and similar tools
• Experience with reporting and visualisation tools
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Strong problem solving skills
