Salt is partnering with one of Australia’s largest banks in search of a Data Analytics Consultant

About The Role

As a Data Analytics Consultant, you will be supporting the adoption and shaping the way we use our data and capabilities by promoting the use of our data platforms across the organisation. You will help bring the voice of the customer to the forefront for Data Delivery, ensuring the team are guided by the business and customer goals.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Working with business partners to shape and define business, data, reporting, analytics, funding and training requirements
• Support a sustainable trusted partner/advisor model for business engagement and manage relationships across the Data Delivery team
• Develop and maintain the metrics to show the Senior Consultant Domain Engagement is enabling the Domains
• Manage and maintain the Data Delivery Engagement Dashboards, inboxes and communication channels
• Support driving education and understanding of Data Delivery and Enterprise Data services and capabilities

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar role such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst within a Data & Analytics function
• Operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
• Strong understanding of data, source systems, cloud technologies, data and analytics
• Exposure to data platforms, programming tools and cloud services such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, Redshift, AWS, Azure
• Ability to make tough calls, figuring out ways to deliver business outcome while adhering to strict timelines
• Strong stakeholder and influencing skills proven in complex context
• Demonstrated business awareness and commercial understanding of the Data, Technology and platforms
