Digital Project Manager

This role is with one of our top tier clients who is Australia’s leading wholesale distribution and marketing company holding multiple retail brands under their umbrella.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for management of internal and external marketing technology platform services. You will work across multiple stakeholders both internal and external to deliver solutions and enhance customer experience to drive growth across ecommerce sector.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with dynamic and complex key technology partners to ensure service delivery to agreed service levels.
• Be able to escalate issues raised by stakeholders relating to technology platforms and partners services being provisioned.
• Onboarding of new technology partners including contract review and supporting operations alignment
• Configuration and optimisation of platform services, martech stack, data sources and destinations
• Manage multiple subject matter experts to ensure high quality digital content is produced.
• Work with wider team to troubleshoot and solve operational issues.
• Support production team in delivering personalised services which allows targeting and automation.

Experience:

• Demonstrated project management skills handling digital projects or large-scale content production/migration activity
• Understanding of API integration solutioning, migrating large databases/platforms and processes, and technical project management and RFP process
• Experience with leading technologies – cloud, Security Services, Software as a Service
• Experience with Twilio, Braze, Heap, Segment, Adobe Target desirable
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to convert ideas to processes
