TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Able to remotely support teams and business as required via tools such as AWS Workspace.
  • Produce regular team service management stats and other management reports.
  • Document process and knowledge articles Provide 2nd level support for Windows, Mac and mobile support (Apple and Android)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and methodically.
  • Ownership of Incidents and Requests from start till resolution to include updating the customer throughout the lifecycle of the ticket with clear and concise messaging.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Workplace Technology team.
  • Provide direction on hardware, drivers, firmware, and settings to ensure a consistent stable experience for our customers.
  • Strong knowledge of O365 (support and administration).
  • Solid understanding of Desktop SOE Management (Windows and Mac).
  • Solid understanding of MDM.
  • Contact Centre telephony.
  • Understanding of AWS Workspaces.
  • Anti-Virus and Patching.
  • AD/SCCM/GPO/JAMF.
  • UC/VC support and administration.
