Implementation and Training Consultant

As an Implementation & Training Consultant you will provide software application consultancy and training, primarily to new and existing clients during an implementation project. Consultancy and training services include both tasks performed onsite with the client and offsite at the office.

Help our client shape a connected future for healthcare by:

• Project managing the end to end delivery of their impressive solutions
• Conducting business analysis workshops and authoring the resulting documentation
• Developing and/or conducting formal training programs including necessary materials for ADC Community products
• Working closely with the community care business development team for implementation specific tasks prior to client sign off.
• Performing Internal UAT testing as part of the development release cycle.
• developing and conducting formal training programs in class room and webinar format
