Seeking a Junior SalesForce Developer to provide consulting services and assist the marketing team in the design of campaigns to achieve successful business outcomes.

The Role:

Salt Australia has partnered with a multi-national technology company experiencing exponential growth, who are currently seeking a Junior SalesForce Developer to join one of their high-performing teams on a permanent basis.

As the Junior SalesForce Developer, you will own the delivery of multi-channel data driven campaigns, provide proactive consulting & advice on best practice campaign design and be the main liaison point between the client and your internal teams.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Socialising new technical capability available to marketing, through suggested applications

• Taking ownership of all communications between analytics, data, channel and other technical teams

• Operate with a consultative and strategic approach to deliver strategic solutions from campaign designing to briefing and optimisation

• Prioritising multiple tasks based business critical outcomes and be able to work in an agile manner

• Ensuring best practice campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per campaign brief

• Consult/guide on improvements that can be made to campaigns both new & existing

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1 years working experience in build & delivery of data driven marketing campaigns

• Proven experience in using SQL to perform data analysis & identifying customers based on business criteria

• Prior experience using Enterprise Marketing tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot

• Great understanding of Customer Lifecycle Frameworks as well as ad-hoc tatical campaigns

• Knowledge/background managing multiple key projects with track records of success to clients or agencies
