This is a Management position within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team reporting directly to the Head of Identity and Access Management. This position will have broad decision-making responsibilities and will at times represent/ delegate for the HoIAM across certain forums.
Key Role Responsibilities
People Management for 8+ permanent FTE with additional oversight for augmented resources (contractor/ consultants).
Coordination of Evidence requests for internal and external audits.
Testing of internal IAM controls via automated dashboards and manual processes.
Management of outstanding/ identified risks related to IAM, both within Enterprise Security and outside.
Operational management of lifecycle management activities to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs (i.e. joiner, mover, leaver activities, revalidation, reconciliation).
Input into the broader IAM strategy to drive funding submissions.
Working closely with Enterprise Controls and Risk (line two).
Delivering key insights driven via various data points.
Role Requirements:
5+ Years’ experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cyber Security (with responsibility for IAM).
