The Dynamics D365 HR Functional consultant will play a key role in the ongoing Dynamics 365 Projects & support the ERP.
The key component of this position is migrating the original HR system to Microsoft Dynamics HR. The successful candidate will facilitate the migration from one platform to the other.
Translate the business strategy and requirements into Functional and Technical requirements.
Design and Configure Dynamics 365 HR solutions that meet the business requirements
Close work with Head of Platform on solution designs and architecture that will meet the business requirements

Collaborate with business users and team members to determine detailed requirements
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and solutions
Review & Test the solutions developed and ensure the highest of quality is always met.
Facilitate User acceptance testing with the business users.
Training of end-users
Assisting the Change Manager with the organisational change effort required before, during and after a release cycle.
Provide business analysis support to underpin successful delivery of Technology development projects and related decision making.
Elicit requirements using various business analysis techniques.
Document / represent requirements using alternative views, such as diagrams, prototypes, or scenarios where appropriate.
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirement specifications for Microsoft D365 HR OR D365 Talent Modules
Previously have worked with Microsoft to build, enhance, and customise the new ERP platform.
Define external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements.
Requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, unambiguous, and verifiable.
Participate in peer reviews of Technology products derived from functional specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
Manage requirements and associated changes to the requirements through the project lifecycle.
Assist with the development and continuous improvement of the Technology services processes and SDLC best practices.
Perform market research and analysis of various areas whenever required.
