Operations Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Operations Administrator to join a global organisation.

You will have prior Administration experience within Project Support and Operational Teams with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the business;
• Manage stakeholder expectations and juggle conflicting deadlines;
• Coordinate national first aid and BCP supplies inventory management;
• Coordinate monthly reminders and follow ups in relation to customer reporting;
• Track spend across key budget categories under guidance of Operations Support team
• Assist with new mobile phone requests for Operations;
• Support with documenting procedures from time to time;

You will have:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, Excel, Word and outlook
• Familiar with basic analysis of budget and its tracking,, raising Purchase Order etc
• Willing and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage own time and competing priorities
• Ability to work unsupervised with a high level of motivation
