Program Manager

We are on the hunt for an energetic and creative self-starter to recommend program design and roadmap to launch this critical and high-profile strategic initiative.

You will hint the ground running to ensure quick wins can be implemented early 2022.

Responsibilities

• Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop the objectives and scope of the Program
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Provide regular updates on the project to senior management stakeholders. Support senior executives in developing key presentations for internal and external audiences

Requirements

• Experience with a top-tier management consulting firm, or senior program manager role at an enterprise software/technology company
• Understanding of working on large strategic initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research/analysis, building business plans, and driving execution through to success; ability to multitask
• Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions
• Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions
