The Program manager is required by our client to join their internal Technical Team. The role is driving significant change and on-going enhancements to their existing products.

The Company:

Salt is pleased to have partnered with a Global Software company based in Sydney CBD. They sell and develop financial and accounting software for small businesses.

Your role:

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing large technology-based programs in time, within budgets and to a high-level of quality.
• Continually communicate timelines for project deliverables to stakeholders and the project team.
• Plan deliverables and track to key milestones, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and dependencies.
• Work within a team and maintain a consistent and systematic approach.
• Coach and upskill teams in Agile practice.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary tech team.

Skills and Experience:

The successful applicant will be an experienced Program Manager who has:

• Proven experience managing multiple programs with budgets of 10m+.
• Strong advisory, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to contribute continuous improvement initiatives and recommendations.
• Experience in end to end program delivery and change management.
• Experience in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Ability to operate and work ambiguously.
• Attentive to detail and meticulously organised.
