Salt is excited to partner with a world leading end-to end IT services company based in Perth. They are currently seeking an ITIL Project Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with solid Servicenow Skills.

Your role:

As the Project Manager your role will:

• Manage the successful delivery of one or more customer engagements at any single point of time.
• Manage project scope, Budget / Profitability, Schedule, Quality, Issues, Risk and Change Management and Customer Satisfaction.
• Leadership of the delivery team that has been assigned to the engagement.
• Primary point of contact for the customer for the duration of the engagement including escalations.
• Assist in the identification, forecasting and allocation of available resourcing to up and coming engagements.
• Internal and customer reporting.
• Assist with requirements validation & design workshop activities.
• Manage Project Change Requests including Budget, Schedule, Quality & managing formal customer approvals.
• Facilitate Estimates, Documentation of Statements of Work, creation of Schedule (Gantt) and managing customer acceptance.

Skills and Experience:

The successful applicant will be a Project Manager with:

• Able to demonstrate compliance to Fruition Partners Project Management methodology.
• Solid ServiceNow skills including ability to manage projects & produce ad-hoc reports as required.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to Manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively engage with senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong ability to negotiate Project Change Requests and management of Project scope (no “Gold Plating”).
• Formal Project Management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Demonstrated MS Office and MS Project Skills.
• Experience with, or ability to acquire ServiceNow solution experience.
