The Company:

Our client, a leading SaaS platform is looking to grow their team and hire a Senior Business Analyst on a full-time permanent basis to look after new and existing customers across the Asia Pacific region. This newly created role will require a technical background, a strong client/customer centric approach and great communication skills.

Your role:

• Ability to work within small teams whilst autonomously delivering multiple projects in parallel
• Lead, identify, define, and document detailed business requirements and functional content features needed to meet requirements
• Support clients with pre and post-go-live stages
• Assist with troubleshooting and training clients
• Define solutions services and map these to standard business processes
• Compile analysis and document business requirements
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather, document and explore potential solutions

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in business analysis, and business process modelling mythologies
• Proven ability to lead, identify, define, and document detailed business requirements and functional content features needed to meet requirements
• Proficient in Smart form and/or excel based data entry
• The ability to Identify business solution services and map these to standard business processes
• Experience in analysis and documentation of business requirements
• Experience navigating complex programs of work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
