Seeking a Senior Change Analyst to support the Portfolio and Planning Projects across change and communications, engagement, training, and business readiness for a Cyber security uplift program of work at one of Australia’s top universities.

THE ROLE:

Seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support the multiple digital programs of work with one of Australia’s top universities.

As the Senior Change Analyst working with the Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for the identification, design and development of the organisational change management scope, materials/delivery, impacted stakeholder engagement, training/learning, and project communications for all projects within the Applications Program.

An essential element of your role will be assessing stakeholder impacts, formulating the necessary approaches and delivering activities which will be critical to the success of the project.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior change analyst role in a project delivery environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the application of Change Management methodology (e.g. PROSCI).
• Demonstrated ability to perform independently and as a team member during times of ambiguity.
• Experience in delivering project change across private sector organisations preferable, but not essential.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels.
• The ability to work autonomously by meeting own deadlines, managing priorities, and adapting to moving timeframes.
• The ability to scope and plan activities, identify gaps, risks and issues, and mitigate them to ensure objectives will be met.
• Advanced level Microsoft Office/ Office 365 skills.
• Outstanding levels of productivity in terms of attention to detail and speed.
• Completion of desired change management activities and required organisational change artefacts.
• Activities can include change impact assessments, developing change management strategies/plans, stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies/plans, training strategies/plans, and handover/embedding plans.
• Providing specialised advice and consultation in terms of Organisational Change Best Practice.
• Supporting the business drive change management embedding activities.
• Identifying and driving discussions to resolve any project risk that effects Change deliverables and outcomes.
