The Company:

Salt is pleased to have partnered with a Global Software company. They sell and develop financial and accounting software for small businesses. They are looking for a driven Product Manager to join their established internal Product team.

Your role:

As the Product Manager you’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will:

• Contribute to strategic direction of the digital retail program in Australia.
• Lead key improvements with our product that will drive a more efficient experience for customers.
• Implement key technologies to support the sales process.
• Ensure the stability and security of systems is maintained.
• Ensure robust data process are in place.
• Manage relevant digital partners in the delivery of solutions.

Skills and Experience:

The successful applicant will be an experienced Product Manager who has:

• Practical problem-solving skills with an operation focus.
• Strong experience in managing agencies and suppliers.
• Hands-on operational experience in delivering SaaS products.
• Ability in hiring, managing and mentoring tech talent.
• Strong advisory, communication and leadership skills.
• Strategic experience or capability in adding to the direction of product design.
