Our client is seeking a Software Engineer with strong analytical capabilities to join their high performing engineering team. As a passionate Software Engineer, you bring practical and scalable solutions to any task you partake in and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess an equal depth of knowledge in coding and data and will effectively drive solutions for the business and their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, code, and test significant technical solutions collaborating with engineers.
• Lead code/design reviews to ensure operations are streamlined with accurate planning
• Organize work and lead team to deliver features and solutions.
• Confident resolving complex production issues and leads troubleshooting of end-to-end solutions
• Monitors and tracks progress against project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Develops and maintains project plans in line with department and corporate objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Understanding of data structures, software design principles and algorithms.
• Experience developing machine learning solutions is a plus.
• Software development for data processing, automation, and manipulation
• Understanding of bash scripting
• Agile methodologies experience
• Data science and computer vision capabilities highly desirable
