Senior Network Engineer

WFH/Hybrid – Work Arrangements

12 Months contract with possibility of extension

Offering $113 per hour including super

The Company:

A well-established renowned software company who engages in the provision of enterprise cloud computing solutions. The firm delivers digital workflows on a single enterprise cloud platform called the Now Platform. Its product portfolio is focused on providing Information Technology, Employee and Customer workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

* Operate and troubleshoot networks to identify and resolve issues quickly.

* Validate problem descriptions and perform detailed problem diagnosis; track and update problems in the trouble-ticketing system.

* Perform investigations into functionality that is not working as desired.

* Review, consult and prepare for planned change introduction to the production environment.

* Partner with teams to plan and execute software code upgrades and device maintenance.

* Develop and maintain automation to investigate and resolve alerts and issues on the network

* Develop and maintain internal tools to assist with operating the network infrastructure at scale

Required Skills:

· Solid foundation in networking, including routing, switching, security and load balancing

· Routing (BGP/OSPF)

· Automation: Ansible/Python

· Linux

· Juniper experience

· Switching

· CCNP Certifies

Education Qualifications:

A graduate Degree or or equivalent working experience of 5 to 15 years.
