Hiring !! Sr. Technical Support Engineer – UX

• Offering $69 per hour including super
• Hybrid work arrangements
• 12 months contract with possibility of extension / permanency

The Company:

A well-established renowned software company who engages in the provision of enterprise cloud computing solutions. The firm delivers digital workflows on a single enterprise cloud platform called the Now Platform. Its product portfolio is focused on providing Information Technology, Employee and Customer workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• 4+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS and Jelly.
• Experience working in Java or similar backend programming language
• Strong Experience working with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTM
• Experience and understanding of Object Oriented Design
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL/Oracle
• Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing web application performance
• Previous experience in software development(or) software consulting
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting e-commerce applications with catalogue, shopping cart, merchandising and payment handling is highly desirable.
• Experience providing SaaS support is desirable

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related technical degree) or 4+ years of related experience within technical support or software coding environment.

Shift timing : 7am to 4pm, Five Days a week

Location: Sydney
