Hiring !! Tech Support Engineer

• Offering $58 per hour including super
• Hybrid/WFH work arrangements
• 12 months contract with possibility of extension / permanency

The Company:

A well-established renowned software company who engages in the provision of enterprise cloud computing solutions. The firm delivers digital workflows on a single enterprise cloud platform called the Now Platform. Its product portfolio is focused on providing Information Technology, Employee and Customer workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• LDAP/Active Directory, SSO or other authentication or user management systems (e.g. Azure AD, Okta. SAML, SiteMinder)
• Email Infrastructure (e.g. Exchange, Office 365, Postfix)
• Web Services (consuming or providing) (SOAP, REST)
• Network infrastructure
• Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience using Linux/Unix OR Microsoft Server
• Experience providing SaaS support
• Experience working with the ServiceNow Platform
• Experience in using tools like Splunk, Elk, and handling Network Devices & Load Balancers

Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
• Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
• Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related technical degree) or 2+ years of related experience within technical

support or software coding environment.

Shift timing : 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Sydney/Melbourne
