Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst that will be responsible for defining and documenting business processes and technical solution components during the full life-cycle of a customer implementation.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .Net development environments as a Business Analyst.
• Previous exposure to working with Agile and Azure Devops toolsets.
• Permanent role, Flexible working, International Up-Start company.

THE ROLE:

• Focus on enhancement of automation of 3rd party integration’s and alignment of Master data setups across multiple systems.
• Collect, define, and document business processes, requirements, functional algorithms.
• Translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW) for development partners.
• Assist in the operational support of solutions deployed, provide root cause analysis of issues identified and provide work around and/ or define solutions to resolve.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Deep Knowledge of any of the following: Leasing systems, Reverse, ERP, Warehouse. Management, Azure, AWS, Telco integration and financial management of inventory solutions.
• Advanced analysis skills and strong experience in professionally engaging stakeholders, defining and documenting detailed business processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .Net development environments.
• Exposure to Agile and Azure Devops
• Experience in delivery of API integration solutions via API/ Event/Message Queue or File transfer mechanisms advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Intelligence reporting via Microsoft Power BI.
• ITIL based operational and change management support principles.
• Experience in alignment of Master data setups across multiple systems.
• Exposure to testing methodologies, test management processes.
• Experience in working with 3rd party offshore providers.
• Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team with strong communication skills.
• The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both operational management and expectation management.
