This position will see you working directly with our client with a supportive and collaborative team. Who cohesively support the client to continually build the client customer base, through live events and digital experiences. You will be given the flexibility to revolutionise and impact products to enhance the experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand immediate and ongoing business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and map to platform features and capability
• Deliver multiple Salesforce implementations across the different businesses under the single client end to end Integrate Data, Martech & CRM stack with multiple data sources
• Documenting current and future state roadmaps
• Analyse client data, campaigns and insights
• Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience implementing or supporting Marketing, CRM or Data technologies
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud implementations
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Experience in presenting solutions to clients and/or prospects
• Robust understanding of SQL and database relationship management, ideally having worked with large and complex data sets
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
