Must Have:

• A passion for technology
• Integrating/upgrading either a SolarWinds or Nagios environment
• Demonstrated strong technical skills – must be hands on experience not theory or management of.
• An understanding of enterprise business processes
• Great communication skills
• A methodical work process and great documentation skills

Nice to have:

• Competence in managing a monitoring environment
• Reasonable depth of understanding of various business environments in 365 environments
• Pre-sales Product Presentation
• Pre-sales Evaluation Support
• Implementation Services
• Technical Training Services
