Vendor Relationship Analyst

The Company

Salt is excited to have partnered with well-established Not-for-Profit organisation based in Melbourne, who are currently seeking a Vendor Relationship Analyst to join their Technology team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As the Vendor Relationship Analyst, you will:

• Foster strong relationships with key Information Technology partners to define value and manage outcomes
• Managing service level agreements through vendor governance.
• Co-develop and deliver partnership strategies for key IT service providers to continuously improve and increase value
• Develop business cases as required to deliver partnership strategies
• Responsible for tender process to select IT service partners working within existing procurement framework
• Assist procurement team with contract negotiation process for IT service providers defining, establishing, contracting, and enforcing supplier obligations.

• Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver contracts and vendor relationships in line with business strategy
• Experienced IT contract manager with local, national and global vendors
• Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business/client engagement skills
• Breadth of technical contract experience
• Knowledge of technology landscape and ecosystem
• Demonstrated delivery of Return on Investment from IT contracts
