Customer Insights and User Researcher (Mid-Senior) for an Asset Manager – No Finance Experience Necessary

We’re working with a City Asset Manager to help them build their Research and Insights team as they support Product Design on the development of new products and services by helping the business understand their customers and the current market landscape.

The User Researcher will work across two core areas:

• Discovery and Development: Working with product managers, business analysts and designers to conduct themed research in support of new products and services. This could be traditional user research such as interviews, surveys and market-based peer group analysis
• Enabling and Evaluation: Building the tools and people needed to test, verify and launch products and services, from concept to prototype and final product, helping to build the user research and insights function as you go.

Their products include various investment funds, bespoke products, open banking platforms and new ways of interacting with people interested in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) investments.

We’d love to meet people with experience in product and service-based user research with a solid mixed-methodology background. You don’t need to have worked in financial services, but something consumer-facing with transferable skills and a different perspective would be ideal!
