Service Designer

London Contract / 1 month £600. - £650.00 per day

Freelance Senior Service Designers

Nothing to do? Well, if you free Monday 10th October until Tuesday 25th October with a strong chance of extension, then how does this role with a top digital agency in East London sound?

It’s remote too with maybe 1 day in their East London Studio. Whilst this is remote, they will need you to be based in the UK for security reasons as they will need to send you out a work laptop.

The sweet things you will be doing:

  • Map the customer journeys for a top supermarket proposition, based upon predefined user groups / personas and customer research
  • Consult with CX strategy and research team to translate research into customer insight
  • Create the high-level experience proposition
  • Collaborate with the product, business, and technology to define the MVP
  • Create the service design blueprint in collaboration with product to indicate the functionality and business services needed to enable the MVP
  • Define the experience vision and guardrails
  • Perform testing against concepts / prototypes to gain insight into assumptions
  • Supervise and guide the design team ensuring that the customer experience vision is reflected in the user experience through wireframes and visual designs
