Development Partner – Digital

Calling out to my talented and passionate Learning and Development Specialist, Partners, and Consultants! I am working with one of my favourite clients, a well-known retail brand, who are looking for a Development Partner to join their AMAZING team.

Role overview

You will join an existing team of two in the L&D department and own the digital piece. You will be creating a forward-thinking strategy of digital learning that will assist the company with their growth and development plans in different teams including retail, finance, marketing, sales and creative. You will be an absolute whizz on learning systems and HR systems – you will be the go-to person for this digital lead on the LXP’s. Not forgetting, you’ll get a chance for your creative juices to flow and create digital learning content!

Your responsibilities

Now, you’ll have responsibilities from day one to get your teeth stuck into!

• Workshops, webinars, e-learning content, instructional materials variety of topics for multiple audiences.
• Partnering with different managers in the business to ensure progression of staff is being supported.
• Develops strategies, create and delivery content to ensure completion of compliance-based eLearning.
• Management of all L&D systems and digital learning sessions.

Your background

Not only do we want this person to be passionate, a few bits of knowledge you’ll need…

• 3-6 years’ experience working on digital learning
• Extremely confident on different Learning Experience Systems and Learning Management Systems
• Experience in the design and delivery of blended learning content.
• Excellent knowledge on adult learning theories and in a digital setting.
