HR and Learning & Development Projects Coordinator
The role
My client is looking for an entry level, well-organised individual who has background/knowledge/interest in HR and especially Learning and Development. You will be reporting into the Global Head of HR and project managing the L&D tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a well-known retail brand and can get your foot in the door of somewhere with fantastic progression routes!
Your responsibilities:
Maintain and assist the development of our L&D strategy.
Communicate and guide access to programs; ensure key stakeholder understanding of the investment and impact of learning programs
Deliver workshop-style training in both on-site and virtually and create content as needed
Assist the HR team with the project management of their Learning and Development programme.
What your week looks like:
Work with stakeholders to design the learning experorience and create the learning material.
Be a point of contact and expert of LMS, design, implement, improve and administrate the Learning Management System, creating and developing a global strategy.
Improve and implement programs and activities globally to drive and retain user engagement.
Create, develop and implement projects to drive content within the platform – be the key user and expert of the different tools to create and upload content – Articulate and others
Coordinate with different markets and stakeholders to support, develop and promote Learning and Development engagement.
Support HR department and business owners on monitoring and reporting compliance training
