The Company

A fantastic recruitment agency, who have made a big name for themselves in a very competitive industrial industry, are now recruiting for 2 x Digital Marketing Managers to join their team. They are now working with some great international companies and have a number of exciting projects in the pipeline and are eager to build and complete their digital team asap.

The Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in a digital marketing environment ideally within a marketing agency and come with a thirst for understanding and using data to analyse user journeys and behaviour. This is a crucial role for the organisation and therefore we are looking for someone who is able to influence, work with multiple stakeholders, and get a strong grasp on a busy, entrepreneurial business currently in a phase of growth. You will collaborate with consultants who are experts in their field to support marketing strategy and ultimately use tailored, data driven and creative marketing methods to drive leads for the organisation. This is an amazing opportunity for a digital marketing expert to join a creative, fast paced and highly successful marketing agency working with some amazing brands.

Key Experience

• Proven working experience in digital marketing ideally from an agency
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
