My client is well known and established leader in the property development and investment space. My client owns a portfolio of prime London offices and regional shopping centres across the UK. They are also listed as one of Europe’s largest real estate investment companies.
They are seeking an experienced marketing campaign manager to join their team based in Sheffield. For this role you will work closely with the Head of Marketing but will take lead on all the marketing activity for their retail portfolio such as retail parks or leading shopping centres. The focus of the role is to optimise their customer communications through integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidates will be currently working in a similar industry within real estate and will have a proven track record of driving customer awareness through intelligent marketing campaigns.
Take full ownership all marketing campaigns for their retail business with a goal of optimising their customer communications.
Develop, deliver and review the delivery of marketing campaigns across media channels ideally using the RACI methodology.
Have P&L responsibility
Become an industry expert, understand your market challenges and areas of opportunity.
Be savvy with using insights and data to drive the best results across campaigns.
Have a process driven mindset and use this to define and implement effective processes and structures to your campaigns and scheduling techniques.
Strong communications skills and experience of working in a complex environment where you will liaise with and report back to multiple senior stakeholders on a daily basis.
Strong organisational skills required for planning and meeting deadlines. You will also be required to work with and engage with the wider marketing team and senior stakeholders across the business.
At least 4 year’s experience working in similar role and environment.
Capable of developing marketing campaigns that align with the brands tone of voice and share consistent messaging.
Good knowledge of the retail industry and working with a portfolio of B2B2C clients.
Have a proven track record of delivering and exceeding personal and team based KPIs including P&L management.
Previous experience of working in a regulated real estate or property client with a focus on retail is essential
