Marketing Manager – B2B Lead Generation

My client is a one of the worlds leading software services firms who prides themselves on being a trusted digital transformation partner to clients, integrating deep technology and domain expertise, applying insights and optimising performance across a multitude of industries. They operate on a global scale offering bespoke transformational end-to-end solutions powered by innovative and emerging technology.

They are looking for an experienced B2B marketing manager for Europe to join the growth of UK marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a leading Information Technology Services firm and who possess the right mix of traditional marketing, lead generation, and events experience. You will work closely with the wider European marketing team to help build the companies profile and create new leads.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and deliver go-to-market strategies that delivers on brand content to the sales and marketing teams in Europe
• Develop marketing strategies and activities that drive brand awareness and elevate the brand impression across Europe.
• Develop and execute specific ABM plans in partnership with other European marketing teams.
• Manage regional B2B events
• Be adept at working in complex working environment, dealing with international teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a B2B marketing role within a consulting firm.
• Demonstrated campaign development and ABM experience
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments, influence without authority and be comfortable in fluid, matrixed environments
• Strong writing, organisational and analytical skills
• Ability to focus on detail and ensure quality outputs
• Project Management experience a plus
• Ability to work in a company culture that thrives on fun
